Saturday August 13th

Doors open 2pm.

Saturday CAV.STOCK presents you with an eclectic line up of all the Cavendish’s favourite bands which span the genres of rock n’ blues, folk n’ punk, country n’ indie and pure northern soul.

We will be having our infamous meat raffle plus a retro collectables Tombola! There will also be a posh BBQ suitable for the carnivores and the veggies amongst us and cocktails and cider flowing all day and night.

To keep you entertained Irish beauty Rah Petherbridge and loud mouth northerner punk poet Kalamity Kate will be whipping you into action and hosting the whole event.

Anita Maj

This Singer/songwriter has a distinct edge to her music. “South London-based “feisty rock soul diva” Anita Maj combines lyrics lamenting the hot boy laden crush, “you’ve taken my soul”, with punk-pop palm-muted riffs and heavily-sustained guitar tones. “Terry Summerbell (Trebuchet Magazine).

The A Train

Alt.folk-rock psych-indie calypso-country soul group, "A lovely, organic, earthy sound" - Tom Robinson, BBC 6 Music. The A Train are timeless pop / rock that connects as deeply as you could dare to dream.

Circle of Fear

We are a hard rock band based in south east London combining original material with some classic rock covers that will get you ROCKED!!

Columbus Giant

The Giant that is Columbus is the wayward child spawned on the love of three cassette tapes, Rock & Roll Love Songs of the Sixties, The Best of Simon & Garfunkel and Musical Theatre Favourites.

Dan Shears

Den of Thieves

Rock! From London!

Edit/Select

A young musical gang from art beat of London’s lower south east side – in yer face newer wave pop charm and pro-active creation. Fresh out of the traps, “They’re rather good” according to XFM’s John Kennedy.

Lennie St Luce

Performance poet, actress singer and more. Sharing the vibe of active positivity at a spectrum of festivals, club nights, venues and launch events around Europe. With a big personality and engaging, live presence, Lennie delivers with heart and soul.

Rhiannon the Nightmare

Described by Handpicked.com as "an up and coming crooner who wears her heart and more on her sleeve “, Rhiannon the Nightmare has come to put the naughty back into jaunty and the barn dance back into rock and roll.

Vices

Returned from LA where they recorded their album ‘The Wind I Walk Into’ with Jeff Salzman (The Killers, Hot Fuss).Vices sound like a ‘ A bar fight between The Stooges and The Rolling Stones. Vices Live are all about movement with their bass-driven rhythms supporting an ambient and powerful guitarscape.

Warehouse Republic

Warehouse Republic are a live favourite “…the rock and roll bravado of Oasis, the electricity of The Doors, the melody of The Beatles." (XFM.co.uk)."Something fresh and exciting that has not been seen or experienced in this country since The Strokes re-packaged guitar-led music" (Musos Guide).

We Buy Gold

Likened to bands as disparate as Mud Honey and Asian Dub Foundation, Bombastic, dynamic and imaginative waves of sonic power, delicately crafted and meticulously shaped to form a true gritty London sound.
