"Warehouse Republic: the rock and roll bravado of Oasis, the electricity of The Doors, the melody of The Beatles." (Xfm.co.uk)

New, exciting and unpredictably original, *Warehouse Republic* introduced themselves to the general public with the (acclaimed) debut single, "Revolver" at the end of 2010.

They sold so many advance tickets for their 100 Club launch show in November that they found themselves promoted to headliners. Genuine buzz from that night, visualised in under a minute: http://youtube.com/watch?v=jRTiYo8ozE4

"Something fresh and exciting that has not been seen or experienced in this country since The Strokes re-packaged guitar-led music" (Musos Guide)

It was an amazingly strong start, but the supposed sprain that drummer, *Alex Howson*, suffered a few hours before stage time, turned out to be a foot broken in three places. He had just played through the pain.

A couple of weeks later, guitarist, *Charlie Flynn*, had to jump from a second floor blaze to save his own life.

The band’s collective injuries meant taking a break from activity and touring, to recover. Now restored to health, they are ready for the next chapter, and will have a follow up release on June 20th.

2011 began with a live radio session and interview for the BBC, on interview and session for on line music tv show, Gin In Teacups, and a brace of encouraging initial press feedback.

This early buzz has already earned them slots at City Showcase Festival in May, the very rock n roll, This Feeling Club, in June and Secret Garden Party Festival in July.

Not resting on their laurels,Warehouse Republic are currently writing , recording and mixing new material for their next episode. For now, they share a newly recorded demo, "Voodoo Love" as a free download from http://bit.ly/voodoo_love or to stream via http://soundcloud.com/warehouserepublic described in a “singles of the week”
review as "great, foot-stomper, heavy on the blues-piano" it’s a live favourite - as are "Warehouse Republic", in the flesh!

They feel like the start of something special. Rock n Roll LIVES.
